ChemoChef (hereinafter referred to as "we") is an AI-assisted nutrition advice service for chemotherapy patients and their families. Through this website and service, we provide functionality to generate customized recipe suggestions based on user-input ingredients and patient symptoms.
Please note: All recipes, nutrition advice, and health information provided by ChemoChef are for auxiliary reference only and do not constitute any medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or prescription. Specific dietary plans must follow the guidance of the attending physician or registered clinical dietitian.
2. Service Usage Eligibility
Before using this service, please ensure you meet the following conditions and comply with relevant rules:
Age Requirement:You must be at least 18 years old, or have obtained consent from your legal guardian, to use this service.
Authentic Information:You guarantee that all information you provide when using this service (including but not limited to email, contact information, etc.) is true, accurate, and complete.
Account Security:You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not disclose account information to others. We assume no responsibility for account theft caused by your improper custody.
Legal Use:You must not use this service for any illegal, infringing, fraudulent, misleading, or malicious activities.
Account Anti-Abuse:Basic and Premium accounts are for individual caregiver use only. Reselling, renting, or sharing account passwords with third parties is strictly prohibited. For multiple family members to provide care together, please subscribe to the "Family Collaboration Plan". If the system detects abnormal cross-device/cross-IP high-frequency sharing behavior, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.
3. User Conduct Standards
When using this service, you agree to comply with the following conduct standards:
Content Standards:Do not upload, post, or transmit any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
Authentic Identity:Do not impersonate others or entities, or falsely claim association with any person or entity.
System Security:Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this service, or attempt to access any part of this system without authorization.
Data Collection Restrictions:Do not use this service to collect or store others' data, or for any commercial marketing purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the ChemoChef website and its original content (including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, etc.) belong to ChemoChef and are protected by applicable local laws and international copyright and intellectual property treaties. Without our prior written consent, you may not use, copy, modify, or disseminate our content in any way.
You have rights for personal use of recipe content generated during your use of this service, but may not use it for commercial purposes or publish it publicly without attributing the source.
5. Paid Services & Refunds
We offer some paid subscription services. Paid terms are as follows:
Subscription Cycle:Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. After you subscribe, the service will automatically renew at the end of the current billing cycle unless you cancel in advance.
Refund Policy:For new subscribers, we provide a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within 7 days of subscription, you can contact customer service for a full refund. After 7 days, unless due to service quality issues, refund applications will generally not be accepted.
Price Changes:We reserve the right to adjust service prices at any time. Price changes will take effect in the next billing cycle and will be notified to you by email before the change.
Cancel Subscription:You must manually cancel auto-renewal in "Account Settings - Subscription Management" at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Closing the webpage or stopping service use does not equal canceling subscription. After cancellation, you still enjoy Premium benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
Account Cancellation & Benefit Waiver:If you actively cancel your account during a paid subscription period, it will be considered voluntary waiver of remaining subscription benefits, and we will not prorate or refund unused service periods.
6. General Disclaimer & Liability Limitation
Non-Medical Advice:All recipes and nutrition advice provided by ChemoChef are for reference only and do not constitute any medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription advice. Please consult your attending physician or clinical dietitian before changing patient diet or using any supplements.
Results May Vary:Each patient's physical condition, treatment response, and nutritional needs are different. The same ingredients and recipes may produce different effects in different patients.
Limitations of AI-Generated Content:ChemoChef uses Large Language Models (LLM) to generate recipe suggestions. Although we have set strict safety red lines, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. We recommend judging based on professional medical advice.
Third-Party Links:This service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We assume no responsibility for this external content.
Service Availability:We strive to ensure stable service operation but do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors. We assume no liability for losses caused by service interruptions or failures.
7. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service at any time without notice.
If you violate these Terms of Service, we have the right to suspend or terminate service to you. After service termination, you may not be able to access saved recipes and other data.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where ChemoChef's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any dispute arises from this service, both parties should first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction or an international arbitration institution for resolution.
