Family Collaboration Data (Family Plan Users Only):If you enable family sharing, we collect emails of family members you invite, and the "Patient Taste Profile (Traffic Light System)" you maintain together.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies:We use minimal necessary cookies to maintain your login status and anonymous basic analytics tools (such as analyzing page visits) to improve website experience. We never use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies (such as Pixels for targeted advertising).
2. How Do We Use Your Information?
The sole purpose of collecting information is to provide you with a better, safer meal preparation experience. Specifically used for:
Generate Custom Recipes:Combining ingredients you input with the patient's daily side effects, filtering clinical red lines through AI engine to generate absolutely safe recipes and backup plans (Plan B).
Account Sync & Family Collaboration:Ensuring your data consistency across mobile and desktop, and allowing family members involved in care to sync shopping lists and dietary preferences in real-time.
Product Experience Optimization:Under complete anonymization and de-identification, analyzing high-frequency side effects or ingredient needs to optimize our "Three-Tier Safety Red Line Interception Library".
Customer Support:When you contact us with issues, used to verify your identity and provide 1-on-1 assistance.
3. About AI & Third-Party Data Sharing
ChemoChef is an application powered by Large Language Models (LLM). We have extremely strict specifications for AI data interaction:
LLM Service Providers:When calling AI, we only send de-identified instructions, never including your account email, name, or home address.
Cloud Services & Storage:We use cloud service providers that meet international security standards to host your data. Your core data will be encrypted and stored on the highest security level cloud servers (without unauthorized cross-border transfers). All data is encrypted with medical-grade encryption (TLS/SSL and AES-256) during transmission and storage.
Legal Compliance:Unless facing mandatory legal jurisdiction requirements, we will never disclose your information to any government agency or third party.
4. Your Data Rights & Control
At ChemoChef, you have absolute control over your data:
Access & Export:You can view all history in "My Recipes" at any time. Family Plan users can one-click export shopping lists and taste profiles.
Modify & Correct:You can update patient dietary preferences, allergens, and your account information at any time.
Permanent Cancellation & Deletion:If you no longer need our service, you can select "Permanent Cancellation" in "Account Settings". Once confirmed, all your account information will be immediately and irreversibly removed from our active database.
Data Retention Period:As long as your account remains active, we will retain your recipe records. If you actively cancel your account, all associated health data will be completely, permanently, and securely erased from our servers within 72 hours.
5. Minor Privacy Protection
ChemoChef services are primarily intended for adult family members and caregivers. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors under 18. If you discover that a minor has provided information to us without guardian consent, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete the relevant data.
